WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1982 by Évangéliste Bourdages in Gaspé (Quebec, Canada), The Ohmega Group started in the field of construction electricity and later expanded its activities to plumbing, automation, maintenance and repair services

In 2007, Mr. Bourdages passed on the company to a group of seven shareholders who were all employees. The company maintained its services while adding SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) design and maintenance services, specifically for wind energy, through its automation and industrial computing department. The department then expanded its services to cybersecurity, private cloud infrastructure design, web application and database and historian integration. The company now provides services across Canada, from Prince Edward Island to British Columbia.

In 2015, the company opened the GONOCC division, the first independent 24/7 control center in Canada. The expertise of GONOCC is reflected in efficient protocol execution and with the professionalism of its employees following the same rigor that has earned Ohmega Group its reputation.
